Mademoiselle, spinach is very difficult to replace; it’s good that it is always on sale in large stores. In the summer, they advise replacing with young nettles, and later with young mustard greens and Teltow turnips, but I’ve really never seen one like this, maybe the girls will chime in and give their advice))) And the rolls look great, such bright colors look very good when cut and are definitely delicious!
