Soy marinade with honey for chicken
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make soy and honey marinade for chicken? Prepare all the ingredients needed for cooking. Take a large, comfortable bowl or bowl and pour soy sauce into it.
STEP 2
Add liquid honey to the bowl. If your honey is candied, you can melt it by heating it a little in the microwave.
STEP 3
After the honey, add a little tomato paste or ketchup.
STEP 4
Then add paprika and dried basil. Garlic can be used either fresh or dry, ground. Peel fresh garlic and pass through a garlic press. You can also chop it with a knife or on a fine grater. Mix all the marinade ingredients well with a spoon or silicone spatula. So our marinade for chicken with honey and soy sauce is ready.
STEP 5
Place any parts of the chicken into the chicken marinade, stir and leave to stand for at least an hour. You can cook them in the oven. To do this, place the chicken on a baking sheet and place in the oven preheated to 190 degrees. I cooked chicken wings and baked them for 40-50 minutes. Cooking times will vary in different ovens. Soy marinade with honey gives the chicken caramel notes. Bon appetit!
