my daughter Masha recognizes two types of fish: salmon, and, oddly enough, pollock. so when I saw this recipe I decided to cook it and try what happens. It turned out not bad, and it was a light and satisfying soup at the same time. It’s just that the title picture was confusing; I couldn’t make this soup transparent: the rice gave it its own bit of cloudiness, and the egg scrambled in the soup doesn’t add any transparency either. but it’s delicious! I ate it with pleasure!
