It cooks quickly, looks impressive on the table, and is delicious! This recipe became known to me from my mother, the only thing I changed about it was the presentation. This appetizer was known in our family for a very long time, and always took pride of place on the festive table, and at the end of the feast it was almost never left. Conveniently, it has a small size, which allows everyone to try and evaluate it. In addition, it is perfect for a children's table if you exclude mayonnaise and garlic from the composition.

An interesting and unusual snack recipe. I’ll definitely try to make it for my family, I think I’ll like it. But under no circumstances will I take frozen minced meat, but I will immediately twist a piece of meat so that it is fresh. And garlic, I’ll limit myself to one clove, after all, the amount of minced meat is small so that it won’t be too spicy.
