Shortcake with peanuts and walnuts

Ingredients

Add one egg and two yolks to the butter and sugar.

Sift 150 grams into the resulting mass. flour, add a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon. l. vanilla sugar.

Mix well.

Add 0.5 tsp. l. soda, which we extinguish with lemon juice.

Sift the remaining flour.

We begin to form the resulting dough, which should be elastic and not stick to your hands.

Turn on the oven to 180 degrees, place the dough on the table and divide into five equal parts.

We carefully roll out each part of the dough with a rolling pin on the cake blank.

Make evenly shaped cakes and place in the oven for 5-7 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool the finished cakes.

Place homemade jam on a plate.

Place a can of boiled condensed milk in a bowl.

Add 200 gr. butter.

Decorate the top of the cake with peanuts, which we carefully place on the cream.
