STEP 1

How to make scrambled eggs with cheese in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Two eggs are enough for one serving, but I only had small eggs, so I took three. The best cheese for this recipe is one that melts well. Choose good quality cheese, without dairy fat substitutes.
STEP 2

Grate the cheese. I chose the medium one, but you can use the large one, whichever you prefer.
STEP 3

Take a frying pan of the appropriate size. For one person, a frying pan with a diameter of 15-18 cm will be enough. I have a frying pan with a non-stick coating, but in general any pan will do. Melt the butter over low heat. And add some vegetable. This is the first secret of good scrambled eggs. Butter can burn quickly. Adding vegetable will prevent this since it has a higher combustion temperature. Heat the oil well.
STEP 4

Break the eggs into the frying pan. I fry with fried eggs, but you can mix the whites with the yolks, whichever you prefer.
STEP 5

Make the fire under the frying pan as low as possible - this is the second secret to a successful fried egg. Over high heat, the white will cook faster than the yolk and may begin to burn. When the whites have set, add salt and pepper. Keep in mind that the scrambled eggs will come with salted cheese, do not over-salt. I like freshly ground pepper.
STEP 6

What kind of yolk the finished scrambled eggs will be is up to you. I like it thin, but you can cook it hotter, adjust it to your liking. When the yolks are almost ready, sprinkle the eggs with cheese. Fry the eggs for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts. You can cover the pan with a lid, then the cheese will melt faster, but the yolk may turn white. I don’t do this; I always fry without a lid. Sprinkle the finished scrambled eggs with herbs.
