Melt the butter over low heat. And add some vegetable. This is the first secret of good scrambled eggs. Butter can burn quickly. Adding vegetable will prevent this since it has a higher combustion temperature. Heat the oil well.

You can cover the pan with a lid, then the cheese will melt faster, but the yolk may turn white. I don’t do this; I always fry without a lid. Sprinkle the finished scrambled eggs with herbs.

Butter turns out to significantly improve the taste of scrambled eggs, I will now use this technique) I ended up with a cheese snowdrift) But when I cut it, it turned out to be a soft-boiled egg inside, and even the cheese stretched appetizingly. On top of all this splendor I sprinkled freshly ground pepper from the mill, a wonderful aroma. My breakfast was a success, very tasty! Immediately a boost of energy for the whole day) I really love cheese for breakfast!
