Today I delighted my sausage lovers by cooking sausages in potato dough in a frying pan. I boiled the potatoes, completely drained the water and mashed them. Let it cool. Added egg, salt and flour. I kneaded the dough. But I couldn’t sculpt with it because it stuck to my hands too much, so I added more flour until the dough was no longer so sticky. When working with potato dough, I lubricated my hands with sunflower oil. The sausages in the potato dough turned out golden brown and very tasty. I'll keep this recipe in my stash.
