For a snack, I sometimes make different hot sandwiches. It’s convenient that you can use what you have in the refrigerator for the filling). This is what happened with the preparation of hot loaf and sausage sandwiches in the oven. I had a piece of yesterday's baguette, cut it into slices about 1 cm wide. For the filling I took a tomato, a piece of Gouda cheese, and a piece of Detskaya sausage. I replaced mayonnaise with good soft processed cheese. Sausage and tomato cut into cubes. But if you grate the sausage on a coarse grater, it will be easier to spread the filling on the bread. I grated the cheese on a medium grater, mixed everything and topped it with melted cheese. I did not add salt, because the products are quite salty. I had enough filling for 6 slices. I decided to put them in a mold greased with vegetable oil. Thus, a golden brown crust was formed on the bottom, which crunched appetizingly. I baked the sandwiches for 10 minutes at 200°C. They are incredibly tasty! The filling is juicy, the cheese pleasantly envelops the pieces of sausage and tomato. The taste is very reminiscent of pizza!
