STEP 1

How to make a salad with French fries, chicken and cucumbers? Very simple, first prepare the products according to the list. Pre-boil the chicken fillet. Hard-boil the eggs; instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream.
STEP 2

Wash and peel the potatoes thoroughly, then cut into thin strips. You can cut it differently, into smaller strips. This will cook faster and will be crispier.
STEP 3

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
STEP 4

Place cooked fries on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
STEP 5

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
STEP 6

Grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
STEP 7

Wash the cucumbers and cut into large strips.
STEP 8

Wash the dill, dry and finely chop with a knife.
STEP 9

Place all the ingredients in one bowl, add salt and mix the salad.
STEP 10

Before serving, season the salad with mayonnaise and stir. Bon appetit!
