Salad with croutons, cucumbers and sausage is just an explosion of color and taste! I really wanted a salad made from fresh vegetables, without mayonnaise and something interesting. I just found such a recipe. Cucumbers and tomatoes were cut into small pieces. There was no sausage, but there were good thin sausages that were just the right size. I boiled them and also cut them into pieces. I also had two colored sweet peppers, they really wanted to be included in the salad) I cut everything I could with a curly knife for the mood. For greens I used green onions. I decided to make crackers from Borodino bread. I think black bread goes best with this salad. I dried the crackers in a dry frying pan while cutting vegetables. In fact, everything is done very quickly, it’s convenient. The dressing was made from mustard aromatic oil, apple cider vinegar and freshly ground pepper. The salad is incredibly juicy, light, bright and tasty. Can be served with any dish or used as a snack.
