Wonderful yummy! Yum-yum-yummmmm!!! It is somewhat reminiscent of the “Monastery Hut” cake. Only here the layers are laid out differently - the rolls are cut and placed cut side up. In general, a cool thing, it soaks in better and the taste is unforgettable!

I am very unhappy with the result!!! The roll was not baked inside. The sour cream was not thick, it was liquid. Not the exact amount of flour, I had to add another glass. The result is a tasteless, hard dough filled with sour cream. Fufu.

If something doesn’t work out for you, don’t immediately blame the “bad” recipe for it. And you need to whip the sour cream wisely. If it is runny, it means it is not fat enough. It’s best to use 30% sour cream for the cream (20% is also possible, but I put 30% for insurance). Or weigh out the sour cream in advance to remove excess liquid. Then the cream turns out fantastic. You can clearly see this in my photo - that the sour cream is thick and sticks well to the cake.

And your dough turned out hard precisely because you poured an extra glass of flour into it.

The dough turns out sooooo runny! I also had to add more flour to somehow roll these rolls. In general, I was all nervous about this cake, I was preparing it for my birthday. son...
