Quick Lazy Pancho Cake
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla sugar. Until sugar is completely dissolved
STEP 2
Cut the biscuit into 1.5-2 cm cubes.
STEP 3
Chop the nuts with a knife or mortar.
STEP 4
Take the pineapples out of the jar and cut them into pieces (if they are not already cut)
STEP 5
Pour a little sour cream onto the bottom of the mold to cover the bottom. Lay out a layer of sponge cake. Fill with sour cream.
STEP 6
Lay out the pineapples. Sprinkle with nuts.
STEP 7
Next again biscuit, sour cream, pineapple. nuts until ingredients run out. In my pan, I only got 2 layers. At the end, I left a little sour cream to pour over the last layer of pineapples and nuts. We put our cake in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
STEP 8
Melt the chocolate. Remove the cake from the refrigerator and carefully remove it from the mold.
