A few notes on the photo: 1. Not the best angle. To show the relief of the puff pastries, it is advisable to shoot them at an angle of 30 to 45 degrees, as, for example, here https://bestrecipes24.com/cooking/19041-sloenye-bulochki-s-koricei 2. Lack of composition as such. The puff pastries are just piled up. Or you can arrange 2-3 puffs on identical plates, put beautiful glasses or cups, lay out mint leaves - and you won’t be able to take your eyes off such a photo. For example, how you can photograph puff pastries https://1000.menu/cooking/19063-bulochki-s-yablokom-i-koricei Or place one puff pastry on the front background, and place the dish with the rest of the puff pastries on the far background. So the composition will work out. Add spoons, napkins, sugar bowl. Mint is a very good help. It decorates any baked goods and adds color to photographs. The dish should look beautiful, so that you should want to cook it right away. It should be presentable in a photograph. Khrumka has two articles to help food photographers: How to photograph food.
