The recipe is, of course, good, but the photos are terribly dark. Somewhere even depressing. On some you can hardly see anything

Thank you very much. Somehow I didn’t take pictures of the new stages. I was afraid that the camera would malfunction again. It somehow vibrates suspiciously at times. But I’m still too lazy to take it to the workshop.

Is the broth made from cubes or natural?

The broth is natural. I make concentrated broth, pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze it. Then I dilute it with water and use it. When I run out of mine, I can use it from a cube. But I rarely do this. Or you can just use salted water. There is no big difference in taste.
