Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Mix the peppers, garlic, salt and sunflower oil separately.
STEP 2

Peel the potatoes (if they are not young). Cut into slices 1.5-2 cm thick. Cover with pepper and add oil. Let stand for about 30 minutes.
STEP 3

Place the prepared potatoes on a wire mesh in one layer and place over medium heat. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to cook on one side. You just need to constantly turn it over for even frying.
