Pickled beets

A great recipe for a delicious winter twist! In winter, I practically don’t buy vegetables in stores, because I’m not at all sure that organic products can be sold in such a cold season. That's why I get away with just canning food. This way I protect myself and my family and have a lot of delicious products on the table all winter long. Now I will share with you one of my favorite canning recipes, namely pickled beets for the winter.

I made pickled beets according to your recipe, even though it’s winter now, we tried what didn’t fit in the jar, it’s delicious, now I’ll know where to place the young beets in the summer, thanks for the recipe

Every year we pickle beets, but I’ve never tried it with honey. We need to fix this.
