Pickled beets
A great recipe for a delicious winter twist!
In winter, I practically don’t buy vegetables in stores, because I’m not at all sure that organic products can be sold in such a cold season. That's why I get away with just canning food. This way I protect myself and my family and have a lot of delicious products on the table all winter long. Now I will share with you one of my favorite canning recipes, namely pickled beets for the winter.

Every year we pickle beets, but I’ve never tried it with honey. We need to fix this.
