    How to make pasta with garlic in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Pasta can be used in any shape; I used spaghetti. The main thing is that they are made from durum wheat - such pasta is tastier and healthier. The article at the link at the end of the recipe will help you with choosing pasta. Instead of tomato paste, you can use fresh tomatoes, passata or tomatoes in their own juice. Adjust the amount of garlic to your taste. Spices and seasonings too.

    Peel and chop the garlic in any way. I finely chopped the cloves with a knife; you can cut them into slices or put them through a press.

    Place a pot of water for cooking pasta and a pan for the sauce on the stove at the same time. Pour frying oil into a frying pan and heat it slightly. Fry the garlic for a couple of minutes, stirring, over low heat - this will be enough to flavor the oil, but not longer so as not to burn it.

    Add tomato paste to the oil and garlic in the pan. Fry it a little and then pour in water, about 100 ml. Mix the paste with water until smooth. Add spices, paprika and sugar with a pinch of salt to the sauce. Stir and leave the sauce to simmer over low heat.

    Meanwhile, the water will boil, salt it and add the pasta. Turn the heat to medium. Cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the package - it will remain just al dente, a little hard. Meanwhile, the sauce will boil down to the desired consistency.

    Transfer the pasta to the pan with the sauce. I don’t use a colander so that some of the liquid gets into the sauce - this will make the dish juicier. Stir the pasta and keep on low heat for a couple of minutes so that the ingredients “make friends” with each other.

    Serve pasta with garlic, tomato paste and cheese. Sprinkle them with grated cheese before serving. Bon appetit!

I wanted to cook something tasty as a side dish, and not just dry cereal, but with some kind of sauce. I found a recipe for spaghetti pasta in tomato paste with garlic and decided to make it. Boil the spaghetti in plenty of water, stirring constantly. Then I washed it with cold water to prevent sticking. For the sauce, I put in a frying pan: vegetable oil, tomato paste, chopped onion, garlic, spices, salt, pepper. I also decided to add tomatoes according to my taste. I made cuts on the tomatoes and poured boiling water over them. Then peeled it off and cut it into cubes. Added tomatoes to the sauce. I poured some water into the pan and added a teaspoon of starch to thicken the sauce. As the sauce thickened, I poured it into the pan with the spaghetti. It turned out to be an excellent side dish with a tasty and spicy sauce.
