STEP 1

How to make classic navy pasta with minced meat in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Pasta can be taken in any shape. Choose according to your taste. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat. It could be pork, beef, chicken or something mixed. I take minced pork.
STEP 2

Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Drop pasta and cook in boiling water according to package instructions. This usually takes 7-10 minutes. The pasta will increase slightly in size and become soft. Salt it a little.
STEP 3

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then finely chop the onion.
STEP 4

Heat the frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Fry the chopped onion for 1-2 minutes. During this time, the onion will become more transparent and softer.
STEP 5

Place the selected minced meat into the frying pan along with the onions. Mix everything and fry, stirring, for 10-12 minutes.
STEP 6

Salt the fried minced meat to taste and add meat spices.
STEP 7

By this time the pasta will be ready. Place them in a colander to drain excess water.
STEP 8

Place the finished pasta in the frying pan with the minced meat and stir. Warm everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
