Probably naval pasta is one of the simplest, but at the same time favorite dishes, especially for children. Children generally love pasta and vermicelli in any form. Therefore, quite often they ask for pasta to be cooked naval style. The recipe is extremely simple and straightforward. I cut the onion into cubes; it’s more convenient for me to cut it this way: I peel the onion, but cut off the top, not the bottom. Additionally, I wash it under running water and cut it in half lengthwise. Next you need to cut, but not reaching the bottom, like a fan. And already cut into cubes. This way the onion does not fall apart and the cubes are small and neat. Sauté chopped onions in a small amount of sunflower oil until translucent. And then I laid out the ground beef. The spices I used were bay leaf and rosemary. Stirring occasionally, bring the minced meat to readiness and add salt. While the minced meat was cooking, I put a saucepan with the appropriate amount of water on the fire. Typically, any pasta is boiled at the rate of 100 g per 1 liter of water. For a standard 400 g pack, you need to boil 4 liters of water, when the water boils you need to add salt so that the pasta does not boil over. And pour the pasta into the rapidly boiling water, stirring. This time I boiled thin spaghetti. I lightly washed the finished pasta and seasoned it with prepared minced meat. I heated it up and divided it into portions. It’s very tasty, quick and easy! A wonderful recipe, especially loved by children! Thank you very much!
