Alexashenka! Ilga! The buns are undoubtedly excellent, we really liked them. Especially the chocolate filling. I baked them in molds and these are the mushrooms I got. After removing from the molds, I turned the loaves upside down onto the same molds, placed a piece of chocolate on top and stuck them back in the oven for a few minutes, always keeping an eye on the chocolate. It began to melt and spread in such an interesting way along the “leg” of the mushroom, it turned out like grass. Well, here and there I also corrected it with a spoon. So I ended up with a sprinkle not on top, but on the bottom)). That’s how I presented it to my friends to eat, and said that it was intended to be like this – mushrooms in the grass.
