Oh, I also make oyster mushrooms this way sometimes, but my husband became indignant that our microwave then smelled like oyster mushrooms for a couple of days. There are fresh champignons, you should try making them in the oven. I love mushrooms with buckwheat porridge and potatoes. By the way, it’s also delicious with thin noodles. Photo from me the other day.

I decided to bake potatoes as a side dish. Placed it on a baking sheet with salt and baked for 35-40 minutes. My husband really liked mushrooms, although he doesn’t particularly respect them. The mushrooms themselves were cooked in about 20 minutes. This included cutting, washing, etc. I started with potatoes, then they baked quietly, and I worked on the champignons. The dish with side dish took about 50-55 minutes. Thanks to the author!!!
