I have a similar recipe, but without turmeric. Now I’ll try baking with turmeric, although you can use something else for color. And I make the buns themselves very tiny - they then rise a little and look very appetizing.

Yes, I made the buns a little big. It should have been smaller.

This recipe makes a very tasty dough. Thanks for the step-by-step photos, everything is simple and accessible. Nice dish! But I will experiment with the filling (more other dried fruits).

Here it is important to soak the dried fruits in advance, but what kind they will be is a matter of taste.

The buns look very tasty. I will definitely use your recipe. Can you use cottage cheese as a filling? Will the dough spread due to its moisture? I just really love the combination of cottage cheese and dried or candied fruits.

You can use absolutely any filling, even cabbage and jam. Here is just a round pie on a dough stand.

Great mushrooms! Usually, when I bake pies, I make several fillings, and I do the same with mushrooms. I would like to bake it with cabbage and onion-egg filling, and some sweets for the kids. By the way, a good recipe for yeast dough.
