The meat turned out very tasty, juicy and tender! It was so soft that the pieces were cut off like clockwork. But I took the ingredients for the marinade by intuition, only 20 grams of oil. This is a whole tablespoon. There may be a typo with the oil. And I took ready-made mustard; I didn’t have any grains. I will definitely make this dish again!
