A very tasty and simple bread recipe with a perfectly soft crumb! Should you go to the nearest bread kiosk for a loaf of bread? If you need it faster, then yes. If you want something tastier and, most importantly, something made with your own hands, then you can slowly bake it yourself. I read a recipe in some newspaper, rewrote it and forgot it for a long time, and then I found it again and decided not to put off baking. And since my favorite food is a sandwich with cheese on soft bread, I was very happy about it.

The bread turned out excellent both in appearance and taste. It turned out to be one “brick” and one, but rather large, flatbread with spices. Thanks for the recipe.

Thanks for the recipe! The only thing is that there is a lot of salt, the bread turns out to be quite salty. This recipe requires 3-3.5 teaspoons.
