I was captivated by the name “lemon curd”, but I didn’t find any curd among the ingredients))) I read the comments and realized that it was more of a cream. Well, I’ll take note, because it’s very easy to prepare and if you believe the comments, it tastes good. I think it will go well with any baked goods that require filling and allow you to experiment with this filling))) for some reason triangles made of puff pastry immediately came to mind - it seems that such a filling would be quite appropriate there
