I really love Japanese cuisine! I learned how to make sushi, now it’s time to move on to salads. Thank you for sharing the recipe with us. I’ll cook it this evening) I just soaked beans yesterday, though they’re regular beans, not “big-eyed” ones, but I hope it won’t affect the taste too much)
