Hake with vegetables

A healthy and light fish that will perfectly complement your diet. Very tasty, fast and healthy. I really love this dish. It goes with any side dish. It cooks very quickly, which is important for me personally. Looks great on the holiday table. Quite consistent with Lenten cuisine.

I heard that it tastes best with the addition of tomato juice. Let's wait for Alex's impressions

Cooked for about 2.5 hours. It took a long time to defrost the fish. I didn’t add any greens, I added boiled potatoes, fortunately I still have some. I sprinkled a layer of fish in a duckling dish with seasoning, put onions and carrots and poured it with “Krasnodar” tomato sauce. Since the fish was not completely defrosted, there was a lot of liquid. I tried the fish - a pleasant delicate taste!

Yesterday I cooked fish according to this recipe. In principle, a recipe is not needed; such a dish can be prepared intuitively. I can only add that 100 ml of tomato juice is not enough, everything boiled away before the fish was cooked, I had to add some water. I also added bay leaf, which I think makes it much tastier. Enjoy everyone!
