Gorgeous gingerbread cake with bananas

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We cut the gingerbreads so that it is convenient to place them in a suitable container.
STEP 2
Peel the bananas and cut into rings.
STEP 3
Beat the dehydrated sour cream with a mixer and make cream for the cake.
STEP 4
Cover a cup or a convenient container for the cake with cling film.
STEP 5
Place a layer of chopped gingerbread in a cup.
STEP 6
Spread a layer of sour cream, spread it with a spatula and compact it with a fork.
STEP 7
Next, lay out a layer of bananas and coat well with a layer of sour cream.
STEP 8
Lay it out layer by layer to the top of the cup.
STEP 9
Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

While our cake is soaking, use a mallet to prepare small crumbs from the gingerbread trimmings for decoration.

Place sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in a saucepan.

Take the cake out of the refrigerator and place it on a plate.

Apply the cream evenly with a spatula.

Sprinkle the cake with gingerbread crumbs.

Decorate the cake with chocolate icing.
