Giraffe Cake

A very beautiful and delicious cake with a delicate soufflé! In different recipes this cake is called differently: Giraffe and Cow Burenka. I prefer the name Giraffe. I made some minor changes and ended up with my very own Giraffe.

The cake looks amazing, I really want to try a piece! And the main thing is that there is nothing complicated in preparing it, tomorrow I will cook it for my beloved husband!

The cottage cheese that is included in the cream is not even felt. Everyone who tried it could not determine the composition of the cream. And the giraffe's spots probably need to be made larger - they sunk a little on mine.

Wonderful recipe! I made this for the kids and everyone really liked it. And the cream is simply delicious, delicate and light. Having seen the step-by-step photos, I immediately wanted to make it. The ingredients are simple, so there were no special difficulties :)

I'm glad you liked it. What I like most is the cream and pieces of dough in this cream.

What a “giraffe” I have in the oven! What will come out - I’ll boast, now about the dough - I could barely stop - it can be eaten as a dessert, it’s so delicious. It molds well and doesn’t stick to your hands, it’s pleasant to the touch, probably because of the oil. Smooth. The cream is like butter. It only takes 5 minutes in the oven and it’s already rising.
