Another delicious dish with my favorite potatoes. I love it in any form, and now I’ve found a new recipe for myself. I usually make strudel from lean dough with apples and nuts. And I always imagined him only as sweet. Now I’ll cook it with potatoes))) I think it will be no less tasty!!!

Wow, this is new for me too! Strudel for me has always been associated only with apple filling, but not with potatoes...An interesting solution. But I don’t really understand, when you roll the dough into a roll, do you fill it with potatoes and onions, or is it all laid out separately?
