Flatbread made with yeast and milk powder
Delicious unsweetened flatbreads to go with your favorite jam! I really love baked goods, since my good metabolism allows me to consume a variety of baked goods in unlimited quantities. I cook a wide variety of foods from dough. I study new recipes and experiment. My last creation was dough flatbreads prepared according to a culinary recipe taken from a magazine.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

1 kg flour, 2 tbsp. spoons of milk powder, 2 tbsp. spoons of instant yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, eggs, hot water as needed.
STEP 2

Mix all products
STEP 3

Let the dough rise in a warm place (2 hours)
STEP 4

Then divide into small balls, roll out and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 5

Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown on both sides.

Delicious flatbreads! They fry quickly! I baked half in the oven and fried half in a frying pan - it also turned out delicious, but a little richer than in the oven. Tasty, easy and quick - and there’s bread on the table! My family loves them with sour cream, condensed milk, very tasty with any jam, washed down with milk!
