I think there is too much sugar here.. the dough will just start to burn very quickly and the meat will not have time to fry..

So I fried the pasties - it turned out very tasty =) because... I don’t have a meat grinder at home (I just moved), so I made minced meat using a blender. The preparation took about 2 hours. My wishes: you can add dill to the minced meat, it will turn out even tastier =) Thanks to the author for the recipe =)

no, not much, just right =) the pasties turn out very juicy, the main thing when you eat is to remember this =) otherwise the liquid may leak...)

and I love adding cilantro to the minced meat... without it it seems a bit bland...))
