I really like unhealthy and fatty foods – pasties. But after my husband made scary eyes and asked whose tail was sticking out of the dough, I categorically refuse to buy them on the street. Semi-finished products for chebureks are sometimes also of unsatisfactory quality. Therefore, after interrogating my friends and conducting a comparative analysis, I settled on one culinary recipe that produces the most delicious pasties.

I think there is too much sugar here.. the dough will just start to burn very quickly and the meat will not have time to fry..

So I fried the pasties - it turned out very tasty =) because... I don’t have a meat grinder at home (I just moved), so I made minced meat using a blender. The preparation took about 2 hours. My wishes: you can add dill to the minced meat, it will turn out even tastier =) Thanks to the author for the recipe =)
