Step-by-step preparation

Combine the eggs with sugar and beat with a mixer until foam forms, about 3-4 minutes.

Add milk

Add odorless vegetable oil and mix.

Add the flour in parts. Add baking powder to the first half, mix and sift with the flour into the beaten eggs. Mix again with a mixer. Later you can knead with a spatula.

The dough should have this consistency.

We put the dough into the molds. We fill it about 2/3 of the way. I didn’t grease the molds, since they are silicone. We put the paste inside and press down a little. Cover the top with the remaining dough.
STEP 7

Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer.
STEP 8

Sprinkle the finished cupcakes with powdered sugar and let cool slightly.
