Delicious beef pilaf

A very tasty pilaf recipe! Nourishing and flavorful! I really like pilaf. Moreover, I cook it from the meat that I have at home. The other day I made it with beef. Here is my recipe for Beef Pilaf.

Pilaf - what a word, it makes you salivate. Beef pilaf can be cooked every day and it is always welcome in my house! And today it is my main dish. While I was cooking, I tried several times to try it, then meat, then rice, then carrots, oh, how nice it is to cook it, well done Uzbeks, thanks to them for such a recipe, a standard dish, it’s quick to prepare and the whole thing is always eaten with appetite. Well, to you, girls - Maria Kruus and LET@, special thanks, I’ll also add to your photos yours, do you mind?

Pilaf in a frying pan? :-D This is something new. It washes and tastes good, but it’s not pilaf. Pilaf is prepared in KAZAN. One preparation of zirvak takes an hour and a half, or even more. Carrots fly into sticks. Whole heads of garlic are placed in front of the rice. The color of the pilaf is given by saffron AND TURMERIC. After adding rice, no water is added. Oshpazi (masters of preparing pilaf) pour in a sufficient amount of water when preparing zirvak. From the proportion of 1 glass of piss to 1.5 glasses of water.
