STEP 1

Make a ball from the prepared minced cutlet and stuff it with chopped parsley and wild garlic. Shape into a cutlet.
STEP 2

Bread in flour and fry on both sides in vegetable oil until dark golden brown.

Place the cutlets on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
