Thank you very much, Daria aka Gerda! The cutlets turned out very juicy and tasty. I made them in two hours, but if you use store-bought minced meat, it takes 15 minutes longer than regular cutlets.

Interesting recipe. Thank you, Daria! I'll have to try it. True, we don’t like pork, I make cutlets with onions from pure beef. Tell me, please, why do I need a whole glass of milk for 150 grams of bread? The bread will become so soggy that there will be nothing left to squeeze out! I'll try to make it my own with your filling.

Thank you for the cutlet recipe! I usually make it with chicken filling, the filling is a boiled egg, cheese, a little mayonnaise and garlic. I'll try your recipe now
