STEP 1
To prepare a delicious and quick filling for pancakes, we need cottage cheese, sugar, a little vanillin, apricot jam and walnuts. We shave the required quantity of the specified products according to the list.
STEP 2
Place the cottage cheese in a container, add sugar and vanillin and mix.
STEP 3
Then add chopped walnut kernels to the cottage cheese. They can be crushed in a mortar or ground in a mill or coffee grinder. Mash the cottage cheese thoroughly with a fork.
STEP 4
Now add apricot jam to the cottage cheese with nuts and mix well. If desired, the curd mass can be ground with an immersion blender.
STEP 5
