  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

For this snack we need a simple set of ingredients and an even simpler recipe.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

I used black and white bread and got two types of crackers. You can do the same or take only one piece of bread. We take the bread and cut it crosswise into slices, then cut these slices horizontally into oblong bars of medium thickness, and then vertically into small cubes.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

The end result should be cubes of the size you need. If you take fresh bread, the crackers will turn out soft inside, which is also very tasty. And if the bread has already been sitting for a couple of days, then you will get real traditional crackers.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour sunflower oil into a cup (it will be even tastier if you use olive oil). Squeeze the garlic there, sprinkle in the herbs - the more, the better. Spicy lovers can also add ground black pepper. Don't forget about salt. Mix it all.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add sliced bread to the resulting mass and dip in oil until soaked. Place the bread on a baking sheet and put it in the oven. You need to hold it for 15-20 minutes until it reaches the firmness you prefer.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Let it cool a little and that’s it - the dish is ready!
