STEP 1
Prepare the ingredients for the jelly.
STEP 2
Pour gelatin into 100 ml of cold water and leave for 40-60 minutes, then dissolve in a water bath. Wash the blackberries and remove the stems. Add sour cream to the cottage cheese and mix.
STEP 3
Then add sugar and beat everything with a blender until smooth and fluffy.
STEP 4
Pour dissolved gelatin into the curd mass and add blackberries.
STEP 5
Mix everything carefully and put it in the mold.
STEP 6
That's it, our curd jelly is ready. We put the mold in the refrigerator to harden and serve it to the table after 3-4 hours!!! Enjoy your meal!!!
