    How to brew cinnamon tea? Prepare the following ingredients. The amount of ingredients is more of a guideline, because everyone has different tastes and preferences. I use black tea as a brew, but you can also use green tea. I have cinnamon in powder and with a stick; it is better to buy loose cinnamon from trusted sellers. I use white sugar as a sweetener, you can use brown sugar, honey, or not add it at all. Lemon is added to the finished tea if desired.

    Put the kettle to boil in advance. Take a vessel for brewing tea - it can be a teapot, mug or thermos, rinse with boiling water.

    Pour tea leaves into the prepared teapot - black tea (you can use tea bags) and cinnamon powder.

    Also add sugar to the teapot and add a cinnamon stick. If you use honey, it should be added to already brewed tea and slightly cooled to preserve the beneficial qualities of this product. If you wish, you can use only ground cinnamon or just a stick for tea.

    Fill the kettle with boiled water, carefully stir the contents, close the teapot with a lid and cover with something warm, for example, a towel. Leave the tea to brew for 10 - 15 minutes.

    After the specified time, the drink can be poured into cups or glasses. Place (optional) a slice of lemon in each cup and pour in the brewed tea. This tea is good both hot and cooled. You can also add mint or lemon balm leaves to it. Enjoy your tea!

I brewed some cinnamon tea to give me a boost of energy on these gray winter days. I brewed it in a porcelain teapot. My brew turned out to be strong, I had to dilute it a little with boiling water) I added half a stick of cinnamon, that’s enough for me, especially since it’s in powder. Instead of sugar, I took honey and added it directly to the cup for more benefits. Well, and a little lemon, where would we be without it?) The tea is tasty, aromatic, slightly tart, slightly sour. I drank it as a snack with raspberry jam. This tea gives you energy for the whole day, a great recipe.

There are plenty of valuable qualities in cinnamon. It is widely used not only in recipes, but also in cosmetology, as well as in medicine. So I decided to make myself this tea. You can't imagine what a boost of energy you'll get for the whole day. Therefore, I don’t recommend this drink at night, it’s very invigorating). The aroma is amazing, definitely for gourmets.
