Chocolate Peanut Cupcake
Chocolate and nut cake is a great dessert and pastry for tea! I found a not very complicated culinary recipe - Chocolate cake - in an Italian cuisine magazine when I was looking for something new to prepare for Sunday tea. The beauty of it is that it cooks quickly. Only there is one small nuance here: the fact is that this food will only appear before you in all its splendor when it has cooled thoroughly. Better yet, let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Therefore, you need to prepare it on Saturday evening (if you want to get Sunday tea).

Yesterday I made such a cupcake)))) it turned out very tasty))) The only thing is that I didn’t have a special large cupcake tin (there are only small ones) and I baked it in a heat-resistant glass pan, having previously coated it with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. By the way, I highly recommend that you always sprinkle the mold this way, because nothing ever sticks)))) I did all the steps for preparing the cake before actually baking it quickly - in about 20 minutes, but I baked it longer than what is written in the recipe - 35 minutes at 200 degrees. And as indicated in the recipe, it sat in my refrigerator overnight, but the wait was not in vain))) it turned out very tasty))) thanks to the author!
