I was worried about how I would carry these thin tubes from the table to the baking sheet... but no - it’s very easy - and all this thanks to such a test. Be sure to make the logs the same, for this I used a ruler! Thanks to the elasticity of the dough, I adjusted the dimensions directly on the baking sheet - which log I slightly stretched to 30 cm, which I slightly squeezed. It is important that the logs lie on a baking sheet. tightly adjacent to each other. then they are baked evenly, which is necessary in the construction of a hut for winter cherries. And our logs are baked for a short time so that they are slightly browned and soft. When I baked it, the smell was so pleasant! I cooled the logs. I kept the cream in the refrigerator.
