STEP 1

If it is orange, it means the product has been frozen and thawed several times. The smell of ammonia also indicates liver damage.
STEP 2

If the product was purchased frozen, it is important to defrost the liver correctly. This must be done in the refrigerator at a temperature of 5, then all the taste qualities of the offal will be preserved. We thoroughly wash the chicken liver, cut off excess fat and films. Cut the liver into small pieces, rinse again to remove excess blood, dry it with paper towels or place in a colander to drain completely.
STEP 3

Roll chicken liver in wheat flour.
