I finally found my perfect cheesecake recipe! Usually the dough for cheesecakes using eggs and flour is either too runny or too “clogged”; due to this composition, the cheesecakes turn out amazing, they come off the frying pan perfectly, and do not burn. My daughter loves condensed milk very much, so at least this is how we eat cottage cheese now) They prepare very quickly, but at the end of frying we only have a few pieces left - they all are swept up hot. So, lovers of cottage cheese and condensed milk, feel free to take it on board, you won’t regret it!

Thanks for the recipe, it’s very interesting. Question, should the semolina still swell, for this the dough should lie down for a bit, or will it work just like that?
