Cheese biscuit

Cheese cake is tender and light, the perfect dessert! A must-try culinary recipe from Italian cuisine called “Cheese Cake,” which I tested quite recently, before the New Year holidays. Ideal food for lovers of tasty, but fairly simple dishes, and cheese in particular.

I want to share: it’s just a great appetizer to go with red wine. My friends and I sometimes like to sit and chat over a glass of wine. They always just bought cheese as a snack, but when they arrived I made this delight. The girls almost tore me into pieces with delight)))

I made this one and stretched it out for coffee for a whole week)))) With coffee, this cake is a real dream of a sad gourmet who woke up earlier than usual. I mean, I took myself to work to lift my mood in the morning. I even tried the first batch as should not have been given - colleagues stole half of the cake they brought. Everyone was begging for the recipe, by the way)

In fact, it is customary to serve unsweetened cheese with red wine. And this dish is sweet. And it looks like cheesecake. I'm not a fan of cheesecakes, but it looks very similar to it.
