Step-by-step preparation

Prepare all ingredients.

Boil the fillet in salted water, then cut into cubes (or separate into fibers by hand). Cut the cucumbers into strips and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 3

Mix fillet, cheese, cucumbers and carrots, add garlic squeezed through a press and season with mayonnaise. Chanterelle salad is ready!
