I tried this cake and I want to say that it is the most delicious of all the honey cakes that I have ever eaten! It is so tender, airy, honey-nut-raisin that all my guests were completely delighted and demanded the recipe! Yes, it takes a long time to prepare due to the fact that the dough needs to be kept in the cold for 6 hours, but this cake is worth it. The kneading of the dough itself took me about 15 minutes, baking the cakes for about 20 minutes, and “assembling” the cake for about 5 minutes. The only thing I will change when I make this cake next time (and I definitely will!!!) is adding a little less sugar in the dough, because due to the large amount of honey, the cake is already sweet, but this is purely for my taste. nakabluchkah, thank you very much for the recipe!!! You can also cook this cake with boiled condensed milk. Here is the recipe itself
