I spent more than 2.5 hours fiddling around. If you don’t need to peel the nuts, you will get less. There is no need to quench the soda, because there is sour cream in the dough. The condensed milk was incredibly liquid: it was cooked for 1.5 hours, the finished cream stood in the refrigerator for an hour. As a result, half of it still did not fit on the cakes, and a quarter spread over the dish, as can be seen in the photo. Using exactly this recipe, I bake a delicious cake without nuts and cream. I recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to fool themselves for a long time.
