How to make a cake with gelatin and condensed milk without baking? To prepare a delicious curd and sour cream cake, we prepare the necessary products.

Pour forty grams of gelatin into a bowl, then pour two hundred milliliters of milk at room temperature into it and mix well, then set aside to swell for thirty minutes.

Place four hundred grams of sour cream in a deep bowl, then add one teaspoon of vanilla sugar to it and mix, then add four hundred grams of condensed milk to the bowl.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a mixer until smooth.
STEP 5

Place six hundred grams of cottage cheese in a bowl, then add four tablespoons of sour cream mixture to it.

Grind the cottage cheese with a blender until the curd mass becomes homogeneous.

Pour the sour cream mixture into the bowl with the curd mass and mix well until smooth.

Place the well-swollen gelatin in a saucepan.

Place the saucepan on the stove and, stirring, heat it over medium heat until completely dissolved, then let the gelatin cool slightly.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl with a mixer until smooth.

Place half of the prepared curd mass in a suitable form and distribute it in an even layer.

Place three tablespoons of chocolate corn balls on top of the cream cheese layer.

Distribute the chocolate balls evenly over the pan.

Place half a bar of chocolate broken into pieces into a bowl with the curd mass and mix well.

Place the curd mixture with chocolate in the mold on top of the chocolate balls and distribute in an even layer.

For convenience, place the silicone mold in a suitable cup.

Cover the cake pan with cellophane on top and put it in the refrigerator for thirty to forty minutes.
