And here’s what kind of brine cookies I bake. The dough is a little different without margarine.

It's amazing what you can do with brine. I've already prepared the cookies. Now I decided to try kneading the dough with brine. I used tomato brine. I needed 3.5 cups of flour. I took creamy margarine. The dough is very soft and tender

The dough is pleasant, elastic, easy to prepare. Great for cookies, donuts, brushwood.

Definitely better for frying. My son also liked the baked pies, but they are significantly inferior to the fried ones. For fried pies, the dough can be made a little thinner.
