Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients. To prepare a smoothie with blueberries, we will need: blueberries, blueberry yogurt (can be replaced with regular natural one without additives) and milk.
STEP 2

Sort the blueberries, wash and dry.
STEP 3

Place the berries in a blender bowl. Pour over yogurt.
STEP 4

Beat until smooth.
STEP 5

Pour milk into the blueberry mixture and beat the mixture again.
STEP 6

Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve. Bon appetit!
